       A Tennessee bill
            requiring that convicted clients of sex workers undergo
            HIV testing advanced by voice vote to the full house
            judiciary committee       this week. The mandatory test
            would be paid for by the defendant, said       state
            representative Ulysses Jones, a Democrat. The senate version
            of the       bill, SB3259, has not advanced yet for
            consideration in the senate       judiciary committee. (AP)
