Roseanne tries to cover her racist tweets by claiming she was on Ambien, but that may not have helped her cause. The makers of the drug don't want users to be worried about becoming racist, just because Roseanne Barr used their product as an excuse for her tweet about Valerie Jarrett on Tuesday. "People of all races, religions and nationalities work at Sanofi every day to improve the lives of people around the world," the company said in a statement to TheWrap on Wednesday. "While all pharmaceutical treatments have side effects, racism is not a known side effect of any Sanofi medication."
