New on DVD: A Thousand Clouds of Peace and Footloose: Special Collector's Edition
Making their home video debuts Tuesday are Strand Releasing Home Video's A Thousand Clouds of Peace and Paramount Home Entertainment's Footloose: Special Collector's Edition. Honored with the prestigious Teddy award for Best Gay Film at the Berlin International Film Festival, the haunting Mexican drama Thousand Clouds follows a gay teenager as he drifts aimlessly following a breakup with his older lover. The collector's edition DVD edition of Footloose features several new extras, including a commentary track featuring out producer Craig Zadan (Chicago, The Reagans) and writer Dean Pitchford.
