When the California    Supreme Court handed down its decision to uphold Prop 8, San    Francisco's LGBT community instantly took to the streets --    some in protest, others in anguish, and some determined to be    heard... whatever the cost.
People were arrested,    some walked for miles -- all of it captured by the mainstream    media, making it abundantly clear the current gay rights    movement hasn't just arrived -- it demands attention.
