A Polish-born soccer star who plays for the Danish team FC Midtjylland has written an autobiography that includes a passage about his hatred for gays.

"I hate gays. I really do," writes goalkeeper Arek Onyszko in his book Fucking Polak. "I think it's so fucking gross to hear them talking together, as if they were girls. I cannot be in the same room with someone who is gay. See them kissing each other. It is nauseating. I have never met any gays on a soccer team. It is not possible."

There's been no comment from Onyszko's boss, FC Midtjylland's managing director Claud Bertelsen.

According to pridenews.dk, Onyszko was sentenced this year for beating his wife.
