Hillary Denies Rumors of Gubernatorial Run

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton appeared on This Week With George Stephanopoulos Sunday and vehemently denied rumors that she intends to run for governor of New York in 2010.

Stephanopoulos asked Clinton, who served as U.S. senator from New York before joining the Obama administration, about the speculation.

"That rumor is dead," replied Clinton. "And if you can please, you know, put it in a little box and send it off somewhere, I'd appreciate it."
