Mike Jones, the outspoken prostitute who brought down Colorado pastor Ted Haggard in 2006 by coming forth with tales of drug use and sex for pay, is talking again -- this time to the tabloid TV newsmagazine Inside Edition.
An episode airing Monday night features Jones blasting Haggard's latest assertion that he has freed himself of "unwanted homosexual desires."
"Not one time in the three years we were together did I ever think that this was a heterosexual man with some gay issues," Jones says on the show, adding, "There's no cure for homosexuality. You are who you are. I would have so much more respect if he just said, 'I'm choosing to stay with my family.'"
The segment on Jones also features an interview with Haggard's wife, Gayle, who insists her husband is heterosexual. She's also promoting her new book, Why I Stayed: The Choices I Made in My Darkest Hour.
