The hearing for two marines accused of attacking a gay man in Savannah, Georgia has been delayed until September 9, reports Savannah Morning News.
Defense attorneys for Cpl. Keil Cronauer, 22, and Lance Cpl. Christopher C. Stanzel, 23, have asked for a continuance until they have time to review a video provided by prosecutors in the case.
The two men are charged with misdemeanor battery in connection with an attack on Kieran Daly, 26. Daly was found unconscious June 12 and officers saw two men, who were later identified as the defendants, fleeing the scene.
