Freedom to Marry executive director Evan Wolfson will debate Maggie Gallagher, former president of the antigay National Organization for Marriage, at the Yale Political Union this Wednesday.
According to the student debating society's website, Wolfson and Gallagher will debate the topic "Resolved: Same-sex Couples Should Be Allowed to Marry" at 7:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
Wolfson and Gallagher, both Yale graduates, debated this past summer on CNN's AC360 after the ruling from U.S. district judge Vaughn Walker that overturned California's Proposition 8. Watch that segment below.
