Reba Inspired “It Gets Better” Vid 

A mom who loves boxed wine. A dad obsessed with Larry the Cable Guy. A sister who modeled for Barbizon. Sounds like a standard Midwest upbringing until you find out that upstairs lived a young gay named Michael Anthony who, surrounded by Reba McEntire posters, didn't quite fit in.

The Los Angeles-based writer-comic turns in one of the most creative "It Gets Better" videos yet -- so effective, he says, the response has inspired him to create a full-length documentary.
