Canadian pop sensation Justin Bieber will not be headed to juvenile detention anytime soon, as authorities have decided not to charge him for allegedly assaulting a 12-year-old at a laser tag arcade, CBS News reports.
The 12-year-old taunted Bieber, by calling him a gay slur, which provoked Bieber to push him away before leaving the Richmond, Canada, arcade, according to reports in October. The boy did not require any medical attention.
Canadian police announced Tuesday that the investigation is over, and they will not recommend charging Bieber with assault.
