Writers, directors, and actors will join forces in February for the "24 Hour Hollywood Rush," an unusual and unpredictable night of theater to benefit the Baby Dragon Fund and the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center.

The writing of the plays will commence the night before the show at an undisclosed location. Then writers, directors, and actors will rehearse to perform the plays February 20 at Los Angeles's Ebell Theatre.

Among the gay artists working together to produce the plays are writers Silvio Horta (Ugly Betty) and Chris Landon (Disturbia) and Grey Gardens director Michael Sucsy. Actors include gay favorites Jamie-Lynn Sigler (The Sopranos), Justin Kirk (Weeds), Jonathan Bennett (Mean Girls) and Jodie Sweetin (Full House).

"I'm excited to be one of the participating writers in the 24 Hour Hollywood Rush," Landon told The Advocate. "Not only is it an amazing cause, it's going to be a ton of fun. I can't wait to see what kind of insanity this group creates."
