Is former U.S. Senate candidate Sharron Angle of Nevada pursuing a new career?
Ben Smith at Politico.com posted an email from a reader touting Angle's involvement in a promotional event for SeneGence's new Glam & Gloss line.
From the e-mail: "An evening with Joni Rogers-Kante, Founder & CEO of SeneGence International, featuring Makeup & Skincare Experts Jeri Taylor-Swade & Amber London and special guest Sharron Angle, former candidate for US Senate."
The event was January 21 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The e-mail promised Angle would share her "makeup and beauty challenges during the campaign and how she overcame them."
In a questionnaire she filled out for a conservative political action committee that endorsed her campaign, Angle said she wants gays and lesbians barred from adopting children and opposes the inclusion of sexual orientation in civil rights laws.
