Modern Family stars Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Eric Stonestreet
kicked off the Writers Guild Awards Saturday night with a song-and-dance
number trumpeting the effect of gay characters on television and film
in the past year.
Their opening number gave a tip of the hat to Glee, The Kids Are All Right, I Love You Phillip Morris, Black Swan, and Modern Family creators Steve Levitan and Christopher Lloyd for featuring them as gay dads.
