A young woman was booted from California Baptist University in Riverside after she came out as transgender on the MTV program True Life.
Domaine Javier appeared on an episode entitled "I'm Passing As Someone I'm Not." In August, the 24-year-old nursing student was expelled from the private university, specifically because she's biologically male but identifies as female. The school would not provide comment to the media.
