Photographer Indu Antony (above) shows that drag kings can strut their happy satire anywhere in the world.
Indu Antony is a visual artist based out of Bangalore and Kerala, India. Antony's Project ManiFest, which is part of the FotoFest 2018 in Houston, features 13 queer Indian women dressed in drag performing the male gender. The idea of drag is not just playing dress-up -- it's also about erasing gender lines.
