WATCH: Lana Wachowski Comes Out to Promote New Film

Lana Wachowski, half of the Wachowskis, the powerhouse filmmaking duo responsible for the Matrix movies, makes a rare on-camera appearance to promote their new movie Cloud Atlas.

It's been nearly a decade since it was announced the 47-year-old Lana would begin her transition from Larry. Wearing pink dreadlocks and a grey dress, she appears with her brother Andy and director Tom Tykwer to introduce the much-anticipated movie due October 26, which they cowrote and codirected and which stars Tom Hanks, Hugh Grant, Halle Berry, Sandra Bullock, and Susan Sarandon.
