WATCH: The Jon Stewart Solution to a Big Bird Image Problem

Jon Stewart and The Daily Show launched a new show this week to discuss how Big Bird could remake his image to be less liberal. On This Week with George Snuffleupugus, panelists brainstorm ways to tone it down a bit on Sesame Street. Making this list was a pair of wives for Bert and Ernie, to deal with the gay rumors.

This is all a continuation of the proliferation of Big Bird images on social media mocking Mitt Romney's plan to cut PBS. The Democratic National Committee got in on it with a web video, followed by one directly from the Obama campaign, which has also sent people dressed like Big Bird to protest Romney rallies.
