In the Life gets new executive director

In the Life Media Inc., producer of the national TV newsmagazine In the Life, has appointed Phillip K. Matthews as its new executive director. Matthews will officially take the position on June 1. Previously he was executive director of the Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival. "It's a very exciting time at In the Life, and I am looking forward to helping the organization grow and reach its full potential," said Matthews in a statement.
