Nickelback and Kid Rock to cover Elton John hit for new Charlie's Angel sequel

LAUNCH.com reports that Nickelback and Kid Rock have recorded a cover version of Elton John's "Saturday Night's Alright (for Fighting)" for the new film Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle. Guitarist Dimebag Darrell of Pantera also performs on the song. The sound track CD, also featuring songs by Pink, Bon Jovi, Donna Summer, MC Hammer, and Loverboy, is expected in stores June 24.
