Howard Cruse to
draw final episode of Young Bottoms in Love

Legendary cartoonist caps off Tim Fish's celebrated comic

Gay comics legend Howard Cruse (Wendel, Stuck Rubber Baby) will draw the final edition of Tim Fish's acclaimed daily romance comic strip "Young Bottoms in Love." The strip is wrapping up after six years, and Fish was able to secure Cruse's drawing skills for the final chapter, "My Hypnotist." "When we decided to end the run of the daily strip at PopImage, both Tim and I thought it would be amazing if we could convince Howard Cruse to contribute the final strip," said PopImage coeditor in chief Ed Mathews in a statement. "We wanted to do something very special for our loyal fans. To have Howard Cruse onboard to do a brand-new, original gay comic strip is a dream come true." "My Hypnotist" is scheduled to go live on Monday, February 13, and run throughout the week of Valentine's Day. (Advocate.com)
