A measure to remove limitations on where the kings and queens of drag can perform is on its way to the full Chicago city council. Clubs featuring female or male impersonators currently need a special permit, the same as for topless dancers, that limits them to certain areas of the city. Some council members say the restrictions need not apply to drag performers, who don't take off their clothes. (AP)
