Noah's Arc heading to the big screen
Logo is releasing a full-length theatrical film based on its hit series Noah's Arc, the gay and lesbian TV network announced Wednesday.
The film is currently in development, and the story is expected to pick up after the show's second-season cliff-hanger finale. The film project, to be released in 2008, opens the possibility for sequels and additional television seasons. Noah's Arc depicts a group of African-American gay men searching for love in Los Angeles. The show premiered on Logo in October 2005.
Noah's Arc was created and is produced by Patrick-Ian Polk (Punks) and his Tall Skinny Black Boy Productions. Polk will help produce the film along with series coproducer Carol Ann Shine. (The Advocate)
