Norah Jones's new album, Not Too Late (Blue Note), debuted at number 1 on The Billboard 200 this week, selling 405,000 copies, reports Billboard.com.

Jones also reached the top of the charts with her debut album, Come Away With Me, and her second album from 2004, Feels Like Home.

Madonna's The Confessions Tour CD/DVD (Warner Bros.) is at number 15 after selling 40,000 copies, and the U.K.'s Lily Allen is at number 20 with her debut, Alright, Still, (Capitol), which sold 34,000 copies. Clap Your Hands Say Yeah is at number 47 with its self-released sophomore album, Some Loud Thunder.

Album sales are down 14.6% from the same week in 2006 but up 10% from last week's total. (The Advocate)
