Ten women will be honored by the nonprofit lesbian organization POWER UP for their efforts in the film industry. An award ceremony at the Beverly Hills Hotel in November will be the seventh for the volunteer-based group, which has had a hand in producing feature films and popular TV shows, and has shown films at the Sundance Film Festival.
