Real Housewives of New York City star Countess LuAnn de Lesseps has posed for the No H8 campaign, which raises awareness and money for LGBT rights.
According to Marc Malkin at E! online, the countess said of her participation, "I believe that any two people who are in love and are ready to commit to each other should have that opportunity. It's not about marriage per se; it's about equality. The LGBT community has been so supportive of me, so I want to be as supportive to them as I can be."
Malkin reports that the countess, who released a new single called "Money Can't Buy You Class," has appeared lately at gay nightspots from coast to coast, such as the Abbey in West Hollywood and Splash in New York City.
