Randy Rainbow Pleads for Dr. Fauci's Help to 'Gee, Officer Krupke'

Randy Rainbow

The satirist skewers Trump and his cronies for focusing more on Goya beans than on the pandemic.

In his latest satirical video, Randy Rainbow praises infectious disease specialist Anthony Fauci while slamming Donald Trump and his cronies for their handling of the pandemic -- and all to the tune of "Gee, Officer Krupke" from West Side Story.

In a faux interview, Rainbow turns to Fauci for advice regarding the pandemic while slamming Trump's handling of it, Ivanka Trump's ethics violation by promoting Goya beans, and the latest White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany's regurgitating Trump talking points about ignoring the science and sending kids back into physical classrooms in just a few weeks.

"Anthony Fauci, their strategy sucks. They slander all the experts and promote all the schmucks," Rainbow sings. "And still some are buying the garbage they sell. Please save us, Fauci, we're in hell."

"Please, Anthony Fauci, we're all at a loss. We can't rely on Barbie [McEnany] and Cruella DeVos [U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos]. He's winding 'em up and they're playin' his tunes. They're all unethical buffoons," Rainbow says.
