Duerte Xavier is on trial in England for posing as a woman on dating apps like Tinder -- and then luring straight men into sex acts.

Four accusers say the 33-year-old gay man succeeded in his deception by asking the men to wear a blindfold in exchange for sex in either a public park or his apartment, reports The Independent. They claim these sex acts occurred "without consent," since they were unaware of his gender or real identity.

The encounters were detailed by his accusers, who remained anonymous to the press due to legal reasons, in an ongoing trial at the Kingston-Upon-Thames Crown Court.

"Be my obedient toy," a Lovoo user named "Anna" told one of the accusers, who met Xavier at his London residence for oral sex.

The ruse was revealed when the accuser lifted his blindfold during the act. "I saw this man with a beard," he told the court. In response, the "pissed off" accuser said he slapped the man in the face and asked, "Why didn't you tell me the truth?"

Xavier later asked the man for a second sexual encounter, the accuser told the court. When he refused, Xavier allegedly messaged him sad-face emojis.

Another accuser claimed Xavier performed oral sex on him while blindfolded. Two others said they were tricked into having anal sex with Xavier because they believed it was vaginal sex.

Xavier is facing six counts of "causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent." He denies the charges. His lawyer, Helen Butcher, claimed the encounters were "role play" and that the accusers knew his gender going into them.
