Following news that out actor Ezra Miller was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment following an incident in a bar in Hilo, Hawaii, over the weekend, Miller is now facing additional legal trouble.

Two residents in Hilo filed for a temporary restraining order against the Justice League star in the Third Circuit District Court on Tuesday, according to a court document obtained and reported on by People. It claims the 29-year-old harassed and threatened them.

The court document alleges that Miller "burst into the bedroom of the petitioner(s) and threatened" the alleged male victim by "saying 'I will bury you and your slut wife'" on Monday.

Miller is also accused of stealing some of the alleged victims' things, including a social security card, wallet, passport, driver's license, and bank cards.

"The respondent is famous and wealthy," the document says, according to People. "This makes access to weapons much easier; as well as sending associates to harass the petitioner."

Several media outlets report that Miller was staying at the couple's home when they was arrested over the weekend and the couple had bailed the actor out on Monday. However, they allegedly barged in on them in their bedroom only hours later.

According to local police, the actor -- best known for their roles as the Flash and in the Fantastic Beasts franchise -- was arrested after reports of disorderly conduct at a karaoke bar. Police responded to a call on Sunday at 11:30 p.m. over reports of an "agitated" patron who was later identified as Miller, becoming aggressive with fellow patrons, according to a news release by the Hawaii Police Department.

Miller allegedly began "yelling obscenities" at the singers. This escalated and Miller reportedly "grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke and later lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts." Also according to the release, "the bar owner asked Miller to calm down several times to no avail."
