An Iowa Department of Public Health report released found that new HIV diagnoses increased in 2004 to 103 cases, up from 91 cases in 2003. Overall, 1,240 Iowans are currently HIV-positive. Another 354 people are likely infected but have not been diagnosed or have not yet had their infections reported, according the health department report. (AP)
