The 16th annual AIDS Walk Las Vegas, held on April 23, broke fund-raising records for the event, bringing in more than $306,000 for Aid for AIDS Nevada. More than 5,000 people participated in the event. Local entertainers Penn and Teller served as grand marshals for the event. (The Advocate)
