       TVGuide.com reports that Oscar-winning actor Michael Douglas will guest-star as a closeted gay cop who secretly has the hots for Will (Eric McCormack) on the April 24 Will & Grace. Molly Shannon will also return as the high-strung Val on the episode, titled "Fagel Attraction."
