       AIDS Action Philadelphia and the Web-development group Zigzag Net on Wednesday unveiled a Web site to educate teenagers about HIV. The interactive site, www.toughchoices.org, urges teens to get free and anonymous HIV antibody testing, and it provides contacts for local organizations that support teen HIV awareness. The site was developed with funding from the Philadelphia health department. (AP)
