will hold holiday fund-raiser on December 14 in
Washington, D.C.

The Mautner Project, a national lesbian health organization, will hold its annual holiday celebration and fund-raiser, "Health, Hope, and Healing," on December 14 in Washington, D.C. The event will raise money for the organization's client service programs in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Mautner also will be highlighting its accomplishments during the past year, including the agency's S.A.I.L. patient navigation program for women with cancer, its Delicious Lesbian Kisses smoking-cessation program, the Removing the Barriers training curriculum for health care providers, and the Spirit Health Education program for lesbians of color. The holiday party and fund-raiser will be held 6-8 p.m. at Cada Vez, 1438 U St. N.W. Tickets are $100 but also are available on a sliding scale for those with limited incomes.
