            Williams performs his one-man show Dishing It Out at
            the WaterTower Theater, 15650       Addison Rd. in Addison,
            Tex., on Friday and Saturday, April 14-15 and
            21-22. Set in a Texas cafeteria, the show revolves
            around a food server       who has the dish on everyone who
            goes through her lines. Williams creates       an eclectic
            panoply of characters, from a chain-smoking real estate
            agent to a narrow-minded preacher. For reservations
