Chelsea Boys' creators and illustrators Glen
            Hanson and Allan Neuwirth celebrate the signing of their new
            book, Steppin' Out, on January 31 at New York City's
            Therapy, 348 W. 52nd St.. The event, lasting from 6:30 p.m.
            to 9:30 p.m.,       will be hosted by comedian Frank DeCaro
            and DJ/performer Lady Bunny.       There will be a special
            appearance by Frederick Ford as well as door       prizes.
