Mentoring hosts 'Life Out Loud,' June 9 in L.A.

LifeWorks Mentoring is hosting the second annual "Life Out Loud" cocktail reception in support of the organization's mission to enrich the lives of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youths. This event will recognize and celebrate the organization's supporters and help kick off Los Angeles Pride. The party will be hosted by LifeWork's honorary chair, Ellen Pompeo of the hit show Grey's Anatomy. John Amaechi, former NBA player and grand marshal for Pride 2007, will be a special guest.

The event will take place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 9. The reception will be held at 1120 N. Las Palmas Ave., Los Angeles. Tickets are $100. To purchase tickets or for more information, visit LifeWorks Mentoring online.
