An extremely graphic sex video starring Carrie Prejean is the reason the conservative former Miss California has dismissed her lawsuit against the pageant. Editors for the website TMZ.com, who claim to have seen the tape, say that within 15 seconds of being shown the tape by a lawyer representing the pageant, Prejean decided to walk away from the suit without a settlement.
