Ellen DeGeneres offered Twilight hunk Kellan Lutz $5,000 for one of his favorite charities if he'd take his shirt off on her show. He turned her down.

Instead, the ripped actor -- who used to take his shirt off for cash as an Abercrombie model -- agreed to do some push ups on her stage floor. In turn, DeGeneres promised a $5,000 check would go to the Humane Society.

Lutz didn't just do pushups -- he did an entire push up routine, complete with waves, claps and kicks.
