Man Behind Gay Threat Sues Tom Cruise

A man who once claimed to have proof Tom Cruise was engaging in "a homosexual relationship" is now suing the actor for hiring now-jailed private investigator Anthony Pellicano to spy on him.
Michael Davis Sapir, whom Cruise sued for $100 million in 2001 after he threatened to leak a "gay tape" of the actor, is now suing Cruise, claiming he, Pellicano, and lawyer Bert Fields all conspired to spy on him.
