Andy Dick Arrested for Alleged Sexual Abuse

Andy Dick, the bisexual comedian who starred in the sitcoms NewsRadio and Less Than Perfect, was arrested Saturday morning in West Virginia on two charges of first-degree sexual abuse.

According to People magazine, Dick is accused of grabbing a bouncer's crotch at the Rum Runners bar in Huntington. He was arraigned Saturday and bail was set at $60,000.

Dick was in West Virginia for a series of weekend performances at Huntington's Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurant.

In 2006, Dick pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery and marijuana possession in California. The plea stemmed from an incident in which he's alleged to have "walked up to the 17-year-old female victim, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts," according to police.

Dick, who says he has been in relationships with both men and women, is scheduled to appear at a preliminary hearing on February 2.

"I have no comment for now because I'm still determining the facts of the case," Dick's attorney Jeffery Rubenstein told People.
