Mulholland Drive star Laura Harring (pictured center) said that based on a recent meeting with director David Lynch, she believes a sequel to the acclaimed 2001 film is on the way. But whether or not another lesbian affair will be included remains an
open question, as do most other details.
Harring could offer few details last week beyond her vague assurance, according to Popcorn Biz at
NBC Miami.
"I'm very sure it's coming, it's being born," said Harring. "I cannot really tell you how I know."
In the original version of the psychological thriller, Harring's character has an affair with the woman
played by costar Naomi Watts.
Last week, Lynch and fans celebrated the 20th anniversary of the debut of his television series,
Twin Peaks.
