While planning for the 2003 invasion of Iraq, the CIA's Iraq Operations
Group toyed with the idea of discrediting Saddam Hussein by creating a
video purporting to show the dictator having sex with a teenage
boy.
Two former CIA officials familiar with the project shared the information with The Washington Post, saying the video was ultimately never produced because no one could come to an agreement on this or other concepts.
"It would look like it was taken by a hidden camera," one of the former officials said of the proposed sex video. "Very grainy, like it was a secret videotaping of a sex session."
The officials said the idea was to then "flood Iraq with the videos."
