Jake Shears surprised fellow pop star and close friend Kylie Minogue by coming onstage as an aged version of the Australian singer, reports U.K. paper Daily Mail. Minogue was a guest on the British talk show Paul O'Grady Live on Friday when what appeared to be an elderly Minogue impersonator wearing the costume from her "Can't Get You Outta My Head" appeared onstage. When Minogue realized it was Shears behind the prosthetic mask, wig, and white dress, she burst into an uncontrollable fit of giggles and climbed onto Shears's lap. "I knew something -- I recognised the eyes!" Minogue said to host O'Grady. The two singers are known to be extremely close friends and have collaborated on several projects, including Monogue's latest album, Aphrodite.
