Glee star Jane Lynch reveals she's been sober since 1991, having decided to get away from what she calls her "drinking culture"
roots when she was 31, in an interview with More magazine.
Lynch says her drinking problem was mild, but she was sick of waking up hungover. "Relatively speaking, my personal bottom was rather benign," Lynch says. "Had I known I'd be telling my story over and over again, I would have made it a lot better," she says referring to sharing at 12-step meetings.
