Daniel Allen, a gay HIV-positive man, has accepted a plea deal in a case where he was accused of intentionally biting another man.

Allen (pictured, right), of Clinton Township, Mich., was originally charged with bioterrorism and assault after allegedly biting his neighbor on the lip. The bioterrorism charges were dropped in June, but he still faced two felony assault charges.
