Madonna and Bernhard Besties Again?

They were the Lucy and Ethel -- or Patsy and Edina -- of the late '80s and early '90s, but the friendship between Madonna and Sandra Bernhard blew up, though Bernhard says they're no longer on bad terms.

Speaking recently on The Wendy Williams Show, Bernhard admits there are no hard feelings between the two, but says the pair are no longer friends. "We were a really good example of two women being friends," Bernhard says wistfully.

Asked by Williams whether Madonna did something to contribute to the friendship dissolving, Bernhard says, "All is forgiven." During their friendship, lesbian rumors dogged the pair.
