Gen. James Amos assumed his position as commandant of the Marine Corps less than a month ago, but already he's made clear his discomfort with repealing "don't ask, don't tell."
Gay.com staff writer and Marine Corps veteran Brett Edward Stout takes Amos to task in a new letter, saying that he needs to be accountable for his words and that by suggesting the issue of DADT repeal is about "combat effectiveness, you are carelessly telling Marines in your command that you doubt their effectiveness."
