As attorneys argued both sides of Proposition 8 in the ninth circuit court of appeals Monday, people across the country and around the world watched the proceedings take place.
One spectator, Marnie Zimlin, watched at the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center with others during the short hearing. Zimlin was skeptical when it came to any decisions coming down in favor of marriage equality.
