The lawyer for former USS Enterprise commander Capt. Owen Honors (pictured) says his bosses knew about the sexually explicit and antigay videos he made and broadcast, but did nothing about them until they were leaked to the public.
Owen's attorney says Honors would have stopped broadcasting the videos had he known his bosses didn't approve of them. A leaked statement from Honors to military investigators said the videos were made with "tacit approval of senior Navy leadership."
Honors was removed from his post last month.
